A very unlikely tribe, eh? Since the cheapest Harpy is 3 CMC, and the rest are all even more costly, this is obviously a slower deck. Kill spells should hold things down early on as you get your Harpies in the air and slowly take control. Land an Abhorrent Overlord and/or Obelisk of Urd and your opponent better hope they have a sweeper, or they'll be overwhelmed by Harpies in short order.
