This deck is to eliminate creatures, mill the opponents deck, then steal their creatures.
The idea is to mill the opponents deck as far as possible. Skittering invasion is used to get as many mana as possible, in as short a time. Then comes milling. This can be done in small amounts with Jace's Erasure, Sphinx's Tutelage, and Thassa's Devourer. When they eventually bring out creatures, you can use Numbing dose to prevent them from harming you, damage them, and also mill their deck further (Thassa's Devourer). Psychic Strike can be used to eliminate more threats, and mill. Putting some of the cipher cards on Mirko Vosk can be good, because he will mill the deck even further, as can Ulamog, Phenax, and Jace Beleren. If the opponent has a card that shuffles the graveyard back into their deck (Emrakul Aeons Torn), Jace, Architect of Thought can put him under your control. Once the deck is substantially milled, use Liliana Vess to put your opponents creatures under your control, and attack with everything.
