No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

This deck looks like some unreliable combo deck that could never accomplish anything, but you'd be surprised. The lack of mana sources allows for some crazy turn one action, like a 6/4. The deck can also be played in a somewhat reserved manner than turn one 'place entire hand on the battlefield' allowing it to sneak in a nice turn 2-3 couple of 7/5's. The deck is surprisingly consistent, and I've won some games against decks like Hardened Snek's and Death's Shadow.

Deck discussion for Landless Affinity

This is a very strange, but interesting, deck. I would love to see how it performs.

there is in fact 'Less land' than a normal affinity deck, but I did consider the fact that dark steel citadel is a land in a landless deck. it was just good enough to make the deck run more smoothly.

Mutagenic Growth?

This is a very all-in combo deck; you don't really have room for cute stuff like Mutagenic. Also, put Darksteel Citadel back in. It may violate your landless theme, but it's quite good here. Rename the deck to "4 Land Affinity" if people are going to get bothered by it.

I checked it out, and it looks really cool. I took a more cheaty way of getting creatures on the battlefield, as this deck is modern.

have you considered putting in a thoughtcast or two for extra draw?

I tried Thoughtcast in early stages of the deck, and it turns out that you can't actually play it without Mox, Springleaf drum, or sometimes lotus bloom. In a deck where the point is to drop every your hand most games, having a card that can only sometimes be played and is mostly a dead card is usually very disadvantageous.

I just noticed: Mana Monkey doesn't make any sense. They may as well be additional lands. 1 basic is probably a good idea anyway though, since it's quite likely you'll run into Path.

No Mycosynth Golems? Love the deck btw.

Thanks! The thing that I've noticed with Mycosynth Golem is that to play it, you need a lot of artifacts in play, which means that you must have already dropped your hand twice over. After this, his ability doesn't help you at all because you've already played all of the cards in your hand, to play this card. It being a 4/5 is negligible at this point in the game. If it was even a 7 drop it would be perfect for this deck though.

I love the idea of this deck, vomiting out your hand quickly for a combo kill. My only concern is, as previously stated, you need card draw. I tested with it a little, and after turn 1/2, you have nothing. You get hosed by control decks. Instead of thoughtcast though, my suggestion is another combo-like card: Vendalken Archmage. I know that it is a bit expensive with your tempo, but it makes you able to throw so much of your deck onto your library so quickly. I suggest that you get rid of the Simian Spirit Guides in favor of archmages; they are a bit useless in your build.

All in all, nice build! Seems like a ton of fun!

I would HIGHLY recommend Cranial Plating and utilize the lands: Seat of the Synod and Vault of Whispers (Both Artifact lands) instead of what you have.
