Deck Description

So simple that can get so complicated...

There is no more scary, chillingly and definite threat than a Planeswalker that doesn't die to Abrup Decay or Lightning Bolt. That's why I think this deck is the optimal choice if you want to teach the aggros a lesson.

Cards like Lingering Souls in combination with Sorin, Solemn Visitor are a constant threat that will gain some life for you making the damage race easy to win; along togheter with Gideon Jura and Jace, Architect of Thought you opponent will get frustraded and desperated trying to figure out how to beat that team. Suddenly, Elspeth, Sun's Champion will show up to close the game; but first, you can draw some cards and gain some life with Sphinx's Revelation if something is missing.

Deprive is an amazing card in long game (that is what we are looking for here) and Spell Snare is insane to survive early game. Lingering Souls is both defensive and offensive. Narset Transcendent will help us to build the board we want, giving us an extra card each turn or improving our Lingering Souls. After sideboard, Narset + Timely Reinforcement may turn the battlefield up to your favor inevitably.

I think this is a funn deck that can reach competitive level with some testing and improvement.

How to Play

The goal is to get 2-3 planeswalkers on the battlefield and get some extra turns to get an insane advantage over the opponent. You have tools like counterspells, spot and mass removal to achieve this goal, and some blockers/attackes with Lingering Souls. You can also play in long long game to win with Celestial Colonnade
