This deck was inspired by Cuneo's UB Control list. I removed 2 Perilous Vault due is a expensive sweeper. Silence the Believers and Aetherspouts are card that complete the control mission without expoending a lots of mana. In fact, Silence the Believers gets more power as you expend more mana on it. Pearl Lake Ancient is the finisher that this deck needs, allowing you to bounce your Radiant Fountain to gain some life. After sideboard, Ashiok and Liliana is the couple that will win the games ;)
Basically you control the opponents' game with disrupts, removal and counterspells to clear the path, so Pearl Lake Ancient will be able to take them down. With this deck, you need to reactive the most of the time. Drawing extra cards before your turn is a powerful instance that keeps you ahead in the game.
