I like it a lot, the only time I've seen mycosynth lattice used is with blinkmoth urn so this is refreshing.

No problem, didn't mean to make my first comment screw this up so much. Maybe someday this can go against my Jund deck.

You also need to remove Maralen for competitive play...

Way too big, slim it to 60 and get more multiples of the most useful cards.

SInce your shop is letting you use relentless rats like that in an EDH deck... I like it but if I played against it I would try to get a rules call on it. It's a little cheap but cool that they are letting you do it.

I also run an Esper color mill deck. Take the Nemesis out, in my experience he's too slow and comes out too late. Also think about Esper Charm. Not the greatest charm, but the instant speed draw or discard has saved my life. Two more things, take out Traumatize, it's not a win condition it just gets you close and sometimes not close enough. Last thing add some Essence Scatters since they can help so often.

Glad to see another great Esper mill deck.

Nemesis is way too slow normally and think about Haunting Echoes

I'd say think about running Karmic Guide. I see people kill Reveillark then wrathing just to waste it's effect, might as well have a way to return it easily.

The biggest problem I see is that most people don't allow Hedron Crab to live more than a turn or two. If it works, it'd be amazing. I do like the idea.

Just curious, what turn does this go off by normally?

This isn't different at all, most Jund decks run some Borderland Rangers now.

Since I started the unoriginal comments, I feel like I need to end them. It's not original, many people have done it but this using different cards than most. I also talked about using Progenitus, where he is totally not here. Make your own assumptions, I'd seen this deck before and unless you have shut up about how it's not original. He said he hadn't seen it, so it's original to him.

Also add some Scalding Tarns, I know you have no landfall but hear me out. For each one of those you run, you search out whatever color you need and thin the deck, therefore making it more likely to hit what you need. Also think about tome Scour to help get things in your grave. I do like it though, maybe we need to play this against my mill?

Traumatize isn't really worth it, you play it late game and it won't kill them. You also might want Wall of Denial, since it's such a pain to get around

Frankly, you're full of shit and all you do is give everyone else shit about their own decks. Maybe if I played you, I'd think different, but right now you might be the worse standard deck builder I've ever seen.
