Discard is one thing most decks can't deal with, I don't want to play against this but I'd like to play this deck with my group.

Honestly saw something similar to this earlier today! The biggest difference was they ran Eldrazzi Monument

Try proxing it first then, hate buying useless cards

I do like rat decks though, I've been killed by damage and milling many times by them. Hopefully you find a good build.

Fine. All I was saying was what I thought would improve it. Didn't mean to insult you anyway. Just giving my opinion on ways to improve it, but if you like it how it is keep it. Better to have fun than worry about winning

The thing is if someone counters just one part, this deck falls apart. I'd say build with other rats, sure they rely on your opponent, but that's not a bad thing

Instead of Diabolic, think about Liliana. Almost the same thing in some ways, but you can possibly use her twice for one more mana. Also, if they swing at her to kill her, that just gives you that much more life. Another thing, you could run Sign in Blood, either as a draw, change top card for Nocturnus, or as a "just barely enough" win condition.

There's just too many cards that either pull every copy of certain cards out of decks/hands. That's the biggest problem with Relentless Rats decks. There are plenty of other rats, and they can be devastating.

Now that they are in, seems like a basic vamp deck. Nothing new or revolutionary. It'll do alright, but never awe anyone. More than that, more decks are finding ways to shut this down. Still, it's nice

This is how a control deck should be in some ways, it shouldn't win but lose less.

I'm loving Unscythe in this deck! It's so gutsy but amazing, I wouldn't have thought of it.

Aw Tempest... this is one of the sets that got me into Magic when I was a kid. Have loved this set ever since and still keep a black deck that I built years ago till this day. Even my girlfriend runs Cursed Scroll in every deck she can because it was such a great card. Seeing this takes me back, thanks.

Weird but cool

Had this deck myself, too slow normally. It takes too long to set up and you can be killed sometimes waiting for either the trap or ascension
