Coat of Arms is an overkill card. Gemhide sliver should be mainboarded when you are running 5 colors and also for the ramp it provides. I would also run necrotic sliver.

thank you for the comment i figured chromatic lantern and prismatic omen and rupture spire were enough bt i can see how that it might be a drawback to not run gemhide mainboard
