Deck Description

This is basically a revamped version of an intro Selesnya deck.

Any suggestions or advice?

Also, I need help trimming this deck down.

How to Play

Basically, get Growing Ranks, Parallel Lives, and Beastmaster out, then start raking in tokens. The 3/3 centaurs are for initial support, and Thragtusk is a nice addition.

I felt that Intangible Virtue wasn't going to be enough to power the army, so I threw in True Conviction. If I can only get trample...

Deck discussion for Population: One Too Many

trim it by removing growing ranks, no time to play it and u need fast tokens, get ride of the armada wurms, no point for such a high powered guy. ull need 2 trostani's always helps, intanginable virtue is nice, so is paralell lives andbeast master but only have 2 of each of those. really no point for flicker wisps, um use Wafering temple, its 3 mana drops and gets pwr/tghns from creatures in play and he populates as well, i use Laxodon Smiter in my deck he's a nice 3 turn drop and is a 4/4 cant be countered. Remove cloudshifts. also that hero of the blade isnt bad, or u could use Precint captain, same effect but has first strike. but there are many things u can do, like awakening zone is good enchantment for tokens and mana, or bestial menace from commander is good, or maybe instead of cloudshifts use Fog, so u got 6-9 creature defense cards. also that enchantment with kicker, no need for it lol but this is my opinion im gonna post my deck up and u can look at it and tell me wat u think as well

My opinion make it 60 cards. You want your deck to be a well oiled machine and its hard to deck smooth play from a deck this size. Overall I like your card choices. If you need help slimming it, id start with the cards you don't absolutly need such as: marshals anthem,vitu ghazi, heros reunion, sundering growth,true conviction, growing ranks, grove of the guardian. Also id drop 1 of each of the druids deliverance and rootborn defenses. Id use some of the cards taken out to complete your sideboard. Id like to make some suggestions as far as maybe some cards you could swap out from the main deck for some cards of greater usefulness. Id swap: centaurs herald : avacyns pilgram, flickerwisp: restoration angel, beastmasters ascension: rancor and finally 2 plains and 2 forests for sunpedal grove. These changes would not only make you deck more lean and mean but would also make you standard legal for that you could play in fnm. Anyways hope I helped and good luck. Good looking deck

I don't really know. Getting rid of Armada Wurm is getting rid of tokens I can populate, and there really isnt too much room for me to work with if theres no tokens on the field. Are there any other cards that gets me some solid tokens?
