If you're going on the Bishop plan, I think some token production and / or Legion Conquistador (the new Squadron Hawk) is a must. Going comtrol in standard will require hard wraths like Fumigate and Settle the Wreckage, exile based removal like Ixalan's Binding for gods and dinos, and a slew of targeted removal (instant 4x Fatal Push). I'm not sure how prominent control is in your meta, but I think Duress effects should be assigned to sideboard duty, with the exception of a possible 1-2 Doomfall mainboard.

20 lands seems too low for your curve. I'd probably lower Call to the Feast to 3 and drop Sword-Point Diplomacy for 3 more lands. Other than that, looks good enough for testing.

Feast of Blood is a must for removal in any vamp deck. Looks fun though .
not a bad idea, but this is a standard deck, so it can't go in here.
