A deck of tribal bears and dragons. These spells belong to a planeswalker who left Tarkir during the Khans timeline, and returned during the Dragons timeline.
The idea is to control and ramp into an onslaught of dragons while using Surrak and the bears to play defense. I need a little help tweaking this deck to survive until it hits its endgame.
