The thought was to gain controll over a black devotion/manaextravaganzzza deck.I kept getting butchered by Abhorent Overlords flying harpies, and crypt ghasts manadoubling. So i hope this will do it.
I play this deck two ways. One is to fill my opponents graveyard with jace's mindseeker before i play consuming aberration, that card along with master of diversion and Lavinia of the tenth should be enough to clear the way.I use counter-spells and exiles to keep my opponent at an arms length, and my Archaeomancer to get some spells back from my graveyard.The other way to play it is to wait for my opponents creatures to be totally under my control, play master of cruelties, then in the next round follow up with Lavinia of the tenth, life goes down to one, finish of with Shock!If that isn't enough, when you get Bolas into play, take control over some goodies, and have fun watching the agony.
