On first observation this looks like a budget EDH deck., based around the Fear/Intimidate mechanic. You should definitely add Diabolic Tutor, Cabal Coffers, Darkness, and Lightning Greaves to the deck which are all inexpensive. You are split in dealing regular and poison damage, which in a sense gives your opponent more "life" to play with. If you want to keep the poison add a few more Infect creatures, and the instants and enchantments that give give a creature infect. Some Drain Life type cards should also be helpful, as well as a draw card like Phyrexian Arena, Greed, or Underworld Connections. I could make a number of other suggestions , but I do not know what cards you have available or your budjet restrictions. You have some good synergy in the deck, but it needs to be expanded upon.

its main intent was i wanted a cheap (in my mind under 40) mono black edh and as for what i have i have none of this itd all be bought online and id love suggestions as long as u are aware their suggestions i dont really like it when people try to completely change someones deck just because they believe it will work better and sorry if this came off as mean
