Played this deck loads of times. It's a winning one.

I like the idea of a vampire EDH deck, and have toyed with the idea myself.
Overall i like Vish Kal as the general and the tokens he can sacrifice.
I spotted a few things that are possible replacements for you to consider.

1: Replace Corrupt with Unmake. You're running 14 swamps out of a 99 card deck so a cheaper creature exile is what i'd go with

2: Replace Serras Sanctum with Vindicate. There aren't enough enchantments to gain a full advantage of Serras Sanctum so I'd prefer a mana cheap exile of a permanent. A bit expensive card but well worth it.

3: Replace Patriarchs Bidding with Debtors' Knell. Because that card is just priceless in a B/W deck that focuses on sacrificing.

There is a combo involving Identity Crisis and Pyrrhic Revival that just kicks butt. A bit mana costly but awesome if pulled off just right.

Well that's it for me. I will follow any updates on this deck and keep you informed if i see something new.
Awesome job by the way. I really like it.

Yeah i noticed. Took them into consideration and formed a new mono red, no-rare budget deck all legal in standard.

But Traitorous Blood seems like an awesome card addition. Low mana cost at a possibly high Fling efficiency. Double awesome.

I see i forgot to replace the Zendikar lands with ordinary ones.
The deck is meant to be Sandard. Haven't updated it yet nor cleared any room for possible Innistrad replacements yet.

I simply love this idea. Making a no-rare really inexpensive deck and winning with it. I've done a W/R standard deck a while ago Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=204812

I will try to see what i can do with Innistrad cards only, but consider looking into Scars, Besieged, New Phyrexia and M12 series for some commons and uncommons.

But nice job. I assembled this setup myself and actually won a few games at a private MTG tournament.

Ornithopter takes this deck out of standard.
Other than that this looks pretty good.

Lotus, Mox, 2 x Tidehollow Strix, Sculptor, 1 x island, 1 x swamp = Ouch!

How's about adding some etched champions? Those are pretty awesome with metalcraft ability activated. There's also the darksteel sentinel but he's a bit pricy manawise.

Why call it No Rare when you have Chandra Nalaar and Red Sun?
Otherwise a decent setup.

There's no control element at all in the early levels. A Red or Black swarm deck will eat you up.

The suture Priest, Leonin Relic-Warder and Phyrexian Metamorph combo is just awesome.
