Not quite. It's a format called Tiny Leader, kinda like a mini edh. 50 card deck (49 +1 commander). I'm trying to figure out what I want in the deck and then I'll change the Mana base accordingly.
ok, i've never heard of a mini EDH before. the only thing thats throuing me off is the Wastes in it instead of the mana required for it
