Leonin skyhunter is actually a really good card and I would trade out the Vindicator for it. You almost always want some kind of flying in your deck and skyhunter fills that role perfectly.
You may wanna try out forbidden orchard and maybe a blood artist ;)

Use Evolving Wilds or Terramorphic Expanse instead of Grixis Panorama...

The main focus of this deck isn't to infect him, it's to get out the landdestruction cards. If he got no lands left, my infection doesn't have to be quick.
Strange choise of counters :|, personnaly I would swap Annul and Confound for Mana leak. There are also better cards than Gravedigger for getting creatures out of your graveyard.
1. Will'O'the wisp is an upgrade over Fog of gnats. 2. You'll die before you have done 20 damage to your opponent.
I'd say shriekhorn is a better onedrop than memory sluice, also i personally like sewer nemesis over Mortivore because of the mill effect on it.
Why do you use Gaveleers without any equipments? You might as well use Raging Goblin if you really want a cheap goblin.
A bit expensive, and pretty slow mana ramp, but otherwise looks pretty good.
Why do you use Lashwrithe if you haven't got any swamps -.-
What I love for Colourless decks is the Glimmerpost+Cloudpost combo, It's awesome, with 2 glimmer and 2 cloud out you get 10 mana

So, remove Ringleader for rebirth, Gang commander for memnites, Aether Vial for Signal pests and Valakut + burrows for Teetering peaks
Well, Valakut is waaay to slow for an aggro deck. Same with Ringleader and Siege-gang commander. I would suggest Kuldotha rebirth along with memnite and Signal Pest. Goblin burrows are also too expensive for a mere +2/+0, Teetering peaks is better for that.
