The role of Nuisance Engine is to have enough artifact to sacrifice to use Kuldotha ability and take note that you can always sacrifice Mind Stone or Chalice of the void if needed.Note that you have Urza Tron in the deck so if you are lucky, turn 3 you can have 7 mana.Spellskite and Silent Arbiter are there to control the game and help you to survive until you can cast your mainscreatures.Karn, Scion of Urza has two roles. First is to accelerate your deck with his two first ability. Secondly, for only -2, he can create a pretty strong artifact that can also be sacrifice to cast one of your game closer creatures.Disallow and Negate are only to control the flow of the game, because this deck is not a turn 3 win.Fabricate is mainly use to search for Kuldotha Forgemaster, but if you already have it Lightning Greaves or Spellskit are good option to protect your artifact creatures.
