Obviously, the goal here is to get as many of the Cyclic cycle onto the battlefield as possible. Once you're there, use Jhoira's timebug, Rift Elemental and the other cards at your disposal to organize their time counters such that you have your opponent locked down. (A Reality Strobe and/or Chronomantic Escape every turn should do it)Dust of Moments is both a win condition and effective accelerant. If your opponent got too much steam on you, it should help you burst them down a little. Giant Dustwasp and Rift Elemental are your creature-based win conditions.
