This deck was inspired by the Khans of Tarkir draft. I usually draft Abzan or Mardu and I have found that these black and white spells are perfect pieces for my deck. I have a friend that wants to play with me this winter, and I decided to make a deck for him to enjoy. This Khans of Tarkir block of cards works perfectly for him.
