I was watching the Magic the Gathering online pro tournament for the 2015 core set. I was a little disturbed at the deck that won. This Blue/White control was very suffocating. It was like he was trying to "choke his opponent out." Since this deck was a control deck, the mid-range decks had a tough time beating it. So here is the mid-range deck I designed to beat it.
The idea is that your opponent draws a lot of cards so I have ways of discarding those cards. You have to cherish the cards that actually make it to the board. Play aggressively, attack often, and try to end the game as early as possible. Use your hero's downfalls to take out his planeswalkers and try to land a threat two or three at a time. This will cause the board sweepers to not work as well. Good Luck!
