I changed it up according to your suggestions, however the price range of the deck doubled. I really like the idea behind it however, I am trying to design budget friendly decks so that way when someone goes to purchase IRL, they don't have to worry about how they will fund it. This being said, there are ways around it like building into the deck over time and using the Baral's 2nd ability of countering a spell to draw a card is a terrific idea, by dropping the miracles as you see, the decks main idea does somewhat drop a bit.
