Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

I definitely recommend dropping a couple of the miracles for 4 Serum Visions, and some combination of Mana Leak & Remand. Also, 2 Cryptic Command should be really helpful. Last but not least, you are gonna wanna make that mana base a little more consistent with 4 Hallowed Fountain and 4 Flooded Strand.

I changed it up according to your suggestions, however the price range of the deck doubled. I really like the idea behind it however, I am trying to design budget friendly decks so that way when someone goes to purchase IRL, they don't have to worry about how they will fund it. This being said, there are ways around it like building into the deck over time and using the Baral's 2nd ability of countering a spell to draw a card is a terrific idea, by dropping the miracles as you see, the decks main idea does somewhat drop a bit. Thanks a bunch for the advice!
Have you thought about adding in 4 simian spirit guide for suprise mana? Like a turn 4 alroma or a turn 1 guardian of the gate. It is very weak, but can help a bunch early game. Just an abstract thought.
