I like it. Though I might suggest running Lingering Souls. It makes you 4 Exalted triggers from one card if you have Sublime Archangel on the board. And even if you don't, making 4 creatures from one card is still really good. They could be the extra blockers you needed to survive. If you like the deck as-is, then swap the Mirran Crusaders for Lingering Souls when rotation hits.
Have you thought about Sorin, Lord of Innistrad? And how is testing with it in terms of land? I personally always find that when I want to draw land I never do even though it is at 24 in my build.
