I almost feel like you don't have enough actual discard in here to benefit that much from waste not. With thoughtseize and 2 duress being the only things that actually discard, all your other stuff exiles the hand instead. Not that this isn't a mean deck, it actually looks fairly mean to tell you the truth, but you should maybe think about replacing waste not with something that you will get more benefit from, like sign in blood or read the bones, or maybe even mind rot if you want to hurt their hand more. Just a suggestion, but otherwise very good looking build!

After play testing a bit, I replaced Sin Collector with Mind Rot, moved Blood Baron to side board, added Doom Blade to main and reduced lands by one. I'll mess with it more this week. It should be fun to play regardless. Thanks for the input.
