I would also be careful about how much card draw you allow others to have. I run Dictate of Kruphix as well but I see you have several cards that allow your opponents to draw. Locust God thrives on card draw but remember that MOST decks in EDH thrive on card draw. If you are playing group hug type effects in EDH, I think youre risking to much, way to many infinite combos out there to be giving out free card draw.

I also run a Locust God EDH deck, https://www.mtgvault.com/kyletwining/decks/locust-god-edh/ pretty similar to yours. One thing I would say is that I originally had a bunch of wheel effects, thinking to myself that the draw would be worth it for LG's trigger, not the case. I found myself NEVER using my wheel cards because there were other cards already in my hand that I was unwilling to lose.
I would also suggest lowering your mana curve as much as possible. As long as you have enough mana to get LG on the battlefield and protect him with something like Greaves or Boots, you can use lower cost cards for draw effects to create your tokens I.e ponder, serum visions, preordain, faithless looting ETC. I would drop the cards like Blue Sun and Pull from tomorrow. If you play Mystical Tutor I would only keep one BIG DRAW card. Don't wanna deck yourself.
