Throw blade of the bloodchief on any other creature, and use kill cards for early game superiority, and terminate for combat tricks. Encourage card exchange with bloodghast to buff blade. Sack bloodghasts to aristocrats when needed.Nighthawk is primary defense, especially when played with Stromkirk Captain. Landfalling Bloodghasts with Denizens nets you a 0 cost intimidate buff on possibly multiple creatures. Deck is 4 cost max so keep 5th or 6th land in hand until you need it for landfall or until you start multi-casting.Blightning when they are down to 2-3 cards to eliminate potential combos and win conditions. Use extra mana to move around blade if needed at end of opponents turn to diversify your counters and protect your investments (Captains, Nocturnus, Bloodline)
