Fume Spitter is mainly there as a cheap casting self sacrifice, and his ability can state-base kill indestructibles. I tend to run 64 card minimum decks as I have experienced a lack of readily available land more than I would like, and 24 lands and 20 spells tend to run more smoothly in my own experience. And this deck wasn't built for standard, it's really just something I thought would be fun :P

Thanks for the comment ^_^

Hedron-Field Purists is a creature I find most annoying when played against me, due to his passive ability to prevent up to 2 damage from all sources to both you and your creatures. Comes in handy more than you'd think :/

Thanx for the advice. Added Skyshaper to the sideboard, because not all decks will run many fliers, and also sideboarded Conqueror's Pledge for now simply because it has both a large kicker cost and because it can't cycle like Decree of Justice which it would most likely replace.

Excellent advice, I commend you because I didn't even know Skyshaper existed :) My Gatherer searches didn't reveal it so your comment was most helpful ^_^

Not bad. I'll definitely take some tips from this and reconfigure my own. I originally had Progenitus as Commander too, but my deck evolved on its own and Reaper King replaced him. Thanx for the link ^_^

Yes I have just realized this. :P Conflux eh? I wasn't aware anything in that set could alter nonbasic lands, I'll check it out.

Ah, thanx. I misread the rules and thought is was no more than two, rather than no two cards can be alike. Thanx for the correction :)

I was wondering this too. Crazy fast deck my man, and major kudos for running vamps. I've been looking for and building loads of vampire decks (by far my favorite creature type) and this would REALLY piss off my friends :D

Wow, amazing advice! Um, I really didn't have any plan in mind as far as Standard vs Legacy (I never play in tournys, just my college's local game club) I usually just build decks for what I'd like to play against some friends.

You're list of cards and tactics are a great help, and I have already implemented Coat of Arms, Elvish Promenade, and Warcaller in another deck of mine as I built this deck simply because I wanted to run a Nissa based deck (she's my third favorite planeswalker ^_^)

I will definitely use your advice for future elf decks. If you would, care to comment on this one?

Well besides not having multiples of core cards (as DedWards stated, we've all been there) this looks like a fun and intriguing deck ^_^ I especially like Vitalize, I didn't know such an awesome card existed O_o

Yeah I realize that :( I decided to keep the Champions in my sideboard and replaced him with some rangers that give me land advantage.

Your deck is awesome btw :) I especially like the Magistrate so I moved them to my own sideboard as well ^_^

Hello, it's me. There's not much I'd change here, this looks pretty sweet.

I would give an honorable mention to Quaq Vampires. They are a 1/1 for B that can kick for +1/+1 counters and have swampwalk, which since you are giving your opponent Swamps with Contaminated Ground would give you some free attackers.

I know, it's such a great card for cheap casting. It should really see more play :(

Wow that card is awesome, thanks a lot. I'm not sure what I would trade out at this point so it'll go into the sideboard till I figure it out.

Definitely helpful, Elven cookies for you!!

I completely forgot about Pawn of Ulamog, thanks for reminding me :P Reassembling Skeletons would work great, but I am trying to keep this a Vampire themed deck, especially because in a pinch they could all benefit from Blade of the Bloodchiefs second trigger.

Still, should anyone like to use this formula your suggestion will give an alternative solution. ^_^ Thanks a bunch for the comment :)
