Deck Description

Okay, when I first built an extort deck I ran on an early explanation that extort triggered for each instance of extort on the field with only one payment needed (i.e. if I cast as spell with three cards on the field that have extort, I pay 1 mana to drain 3 life) however I discovered today that is no longer (if it ever truly was) the case. SO! New extort build.

Runs as a low drop extort while delaying as much as possible till late game drain. Get Blind Obedience and Ghostly Prison out and not many people will be rushing to attack you, and when they do Priest of Penance, Souls of the Faultless, Path to Exile, and Unmake should take care of them. As a panic button, Day of Judgement with Immortal Servitude should serve as an excellent field wipe while allowing nearly the entire deck to come back for a measly 5 mana.

If Pontiff of Blight hits the field, extort as much as possible. If Vizkopa and Blood hit the field, extort once to win.

Any tips or suggestions?

NOTE: I'm a bit of a fluff junkie, so I tend to use cards that serve a theme and are not particularly suited for winning so it's hard to get rid of cards like Pontiff and Elesh Norn that just scream CHURCH OF EVIL so if I could find an effective way to keep them in I would be overjoyed with suggestions.

hmmmm tough, I would say drop two of the Orzhov Basilica because thats simply to much mana and they slow you down since you have no ways to play multiple lands in a turn. next possibly drop the two Gerrad's verdicts and the three suture priest, and increase ghostly prison to 3x. You should also look into possibly some flying creatures.

I personally feel this could help your deck but I'm not entirely certain so play test in some and see how it works out.
