Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Aeither vial is a bit too expensive, otherwise I would run 4 of those.

Great start man but... FORCE OF WILL DUDE !!!! Drop the Echoing Truths and the Spell Pierces, and add in Force of Wills, and add in a set of Aether Vials too (drop an Island, a Daze, a Cus and a Dismember)! Consider some a Wasteland or Tectonic Edge or two for land control too, or Mutavaults which go incredibly in tribal decks.I have my own modern merfolk build here :) http://www.mtgvault.com/buzzgsc/decks/modern-merfolk-v20-uw/
