Nice deck! Think about faerie miscreant or oonas prowler instead of blighted agent. They fit the theme and play well with spellstutter sprite. Unless your want to lean on infect as a main win condition.I can also see cutting two snapcaster, since there are not that many targets for him and he can be reused with quickling, as well as two mana leak for 4 inquisition of kozilek and thoughtseize.Your mana base can be tweaked i think. Because of bitterblossom, 4 shocklands are not good. Two are enough. Make sure to play some drowned catacomb or secluded glen instead.With only two colors, i think you can go with 4 mutavaults with ease.
