Again, loving the Khans of Tarkir cards.

Question Jessie, can someone create more than one deck for the challenge? Or are we each only allowed 1 entry?

Well, I figured in honor of Khans release, why not make my Aristocrat deck in honor of one of the clans.

Often I find myself using the same cards over and over again. Generally these are cards that have been reprinted a lot and have lost their value, but still pack a punch. Or, the card doesn't have a lot of love, and I can put it in the deck, like Ankle Shanker, which, by the way, I love.

He was the one who inspired me to even make my Budget deck series.
If not for him, I'd probably be making extremely overpriced decks that almost no one could buy, easily. This is why I love the Budget series.

A challenge I hear? I guess I must participate as well!

The only reason I don't want to use Twilight's Call is because, even though this is not meant to be a deck you take a Modern tournament and win, I'd like the deck to only have Modern playable cards. But, thank you for the suggestion though, and I'm glad you like the deck(s)!

Quite ironic. I just got finished making two Duel decks, one which involves Demons and Sacrifice. Both are throwbacks to the old Duel Deck, Divine vs. Demonic.

I likey. Both are awesome decks Northern. Although, you did add 1 additional Darksteel Citadel to the Esper deck. But, other than that, you completed my challenge. Awesome job as usual!

Ever since I've played Magic 2014 Duels of the Planeswalkers, I've loved Human decks. They're just so speedy and the synergy that they can have is unreal! Awesome deck as usual Northern, though, I do have a challenge for you.

The next time you do make a Duel deck, try to follow under the actual Duel deck formats, which generally have only 1 - 2 copies of a card, excluding Basic lands on this rule of course. It's not that you have to, it'd simply be interesting to see what you'd come up with.

Yeah, unfortunately. But hey, you gotta use what you're given.

If you want my opinion, I'd add Ephara's Enlightenment. A very nice card for Heroic decks. Although, you'll need some more creatures if you plan on using it.

Northern, I need your opinion on another deck. This time, Mono Green Devotion. I kept it under the $20-ish range, and still managed to throw in Nylea!

Well, at first when I was making it, I tried to go for as Standard as I could, but then that changed. Do you think I should replace Expedition for the good ol' Cultivate?
