I wouldn't play Kalitas. He costs too much. It seems like you are only doing the current block. I would slim it down to 60 cards and honestly, add 2 lands.

put in liliana vess cause even if its not and aggro deck by around turn 6 your opponent should be aroud 10 or less life so just an idea and maybe guul draz assain but i not to sure cause ive never played a combat vampire deck i normaly play aggro heres my aggro vampire deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=56953
I agree with Zamfir slim to 60 cards and add more i think 24 would be good another suggestion is to replace Smother with Go For Throat same cost and you can use it on more than small creatures This is my vamp deck (not aggro mind you) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=211146
