HAHA, I love this deck idea! Might look into making a modern version...basically dropping 4 lands, and trying to find a way to get Kaho on turn 4 guaranteed.

I have my own ninja deck, and it does pretty well. It is a tough deck, since it's very vulnerable. The trick is the run a fair amount of unblockable creatures, like I see that you did.
I didn't realize that it was standard only...no worries. I would definitely think about zetalpa...get him out cheaper with the caller, and boost him up with all of your boosting cards. I think priest of the wakening sun is a good card. then maybe conclave of the tribunal instead of baffling end
What about Zetalpa as a big baddie, and I would consider cast out over baffling end...it provides ability to exile anything at instant speed.

I agree with @ZabelZarock. Maybe run a playset of ball lightning, playset of harbinger, and drop arc runner since it doesn't have trample.

I would also look at how you want the deck to play...do you want spore counters or a swarm? It's hard to do both in a saproling deck. The way to make spore counters work, is you have to have multiple upkeeps with cards like paradox haze.
