I tried this deck, and I really like it, but I'm not sure why you included Angel's Tomb, apart from flavour:

1) It doesn't make Seraph Sanctuary give you life.
2) It only soulbonds with Silverblade Paladin or Lightning Mauler if you play one of them with Tomb on the table, not the other way around.
3) Silverblade doesn't stay soulbonded, so you don't benefit from double strike in defence.
4) The deck only contains 18 creatures to trigger Tomb.
5) The 3 mana slot is overcrowded.

I like it. Have you considered swapping Caves of Koilos with a multicolor land and adding 4x Foursee or 4x Preordain or a combination of both? They will help you find Death Pits of Rath and dig up more creatures. Foursee is a tad slow since it's a four drop, but you'd populate the table pretty quickly with some of that selective card draw. Shame to introduce a new colour though, I like that it's black/white.

Of course, 4x Demonic Tutor does the job even better, but with that price tag... I wouldn't.

After a bit of playtesting I found out that you're right, Vault Skirge is without a doubt the two drop I'm looking for. The most important thing about the creatures in this deck is that they're hard to block, and the lifelink fits perfectly, since my default strategy is to not block unless I absolutely have to, and rather counterattack and gain the life back later. The suicide one drop option works perfectly too, I can play it the first turn, and equip bonesplitter and attack on the second turn for three life and tre damage or a chump blocker.

Sing in Blood is probably a great idea, but what to drop? =( It's always so hard.

And Sorin's Vengeance is indeed a tad expensive, but it's meant to be used either as a finisher or as an emergency lifegain card in case I'm about to run out of life, and when either occur, I will probably have seven Swamps or five Swamps and a Dark Ritual to get it out. I did consider Cabal Coffers, but it doesn't net me any extra mana until I have Cabal and four swamps out, so I find it too slow... and it doesn't boost my Lashwrithes. I've played probably about 30-40 games online with this as it is, and found that i rarely need creature removal.

Liliana Vess looks very useful, I could fetch Sorin's Vengeance as soon as I am able to play it, which is great... But after the first use, she'll probably get herself killed, as I want to avoid blocking to attack as much as possible. It might be worth it just to get those three damage points off my back, but Diabolic Tutor is one mana less and card in hand, so I'll probably stick with that. If I ran blockers, though, Liliana Vess would be excellent.

I run a deck like this, and the most useful card in it has proven to be Ichorclaw Myr (since no one want's to block it), so I'd run four of it in a heartbeat. Infiltration Lens also helps a lot with getting a creature through.

Also, if you find that you often fail to get a creature through when your opponent has like 8 or 9 poison counters (because he'll block everything at any cost by then), you'll appreciate having a Contagion Clasp or two and a few Virulent Wound to force those few last poison counters, they are often the hardest part. Those two cards also help with removing weak chump blockers. I run two of each, and they've come in handy more often than not.

Great creatures, and that's fair enough, but a playset of Break Open? That's such a dick move.

Nice combo. How about 2-3 tutoring spells to increase your chances of getting Sanguine Bond and Blood Tribute on your hand? Diabolic Tutor (a bit high mana cost, I guess) or Demonic Tutor (a bit expen$ive, but so good).
