Didn't even think of Pariah! it's a good choice, but a little more control would be great.

If you want to make an Izzet-flavor deck, you should include more instant/sorceries. Wee Dragonauts are great, and if you want to inlcude more creatures, you should include creatures like Blistercoil Weird or Nivix Cyclops. Check out Izzet Charm and more burn spells like Shock, Searing Spear or Pillar of Flame. If you want more flavor, add Goblin Test Pilot or Volatile Rig.I would drop Shrew Hatchling, since when it comes out, it's a 2/2 and there's many things that can kill it then if it comes at turn 4.
Why not have Lord of Riots, Spike Jester or Splatter Thug? Deviant Glee is also a neat enchantment. Also, adding Exava you can have more creatures with Unleash like Splatter Thug, and attack the same turn they enter the battlefield.
Unfortunately, the other artifact lands are banned. If it wasn't for that, they would be in the deck.
