Deck Description

A sliver deck that uses nether fetch lands, nor dual lands (because I do not have that thick of a wallet). I always loved slivers, but I could never seem to get a mana base to play them (this mana base is a mere rough guess as to what is needed to pull this off).

I'm considering replacing the signets with other mana-producing artifacts. I threw this deck out without any research, so it probably stinks (since I am horrible at brewing).

I am looking for critique and help with this deck. What should I cut and what should I add?

How to Play

The game plan is to get one or two slivers out and ramp with a signet into the lord, then bring out slivers which will help you survive.

I have no clue how it will play, or even if it's playable.

Deck discussion for Budget Sliver EDH (impossibru)

Try to cut the colors down to two, maybe three. My sliver deck uses green and blue: Green slivers have all the pump and abilities, blue have lots of utility skills, and the clones galore. When you split to five colors you need a huge mana base that makes your land pool cost more than your car.

My deck is more control than yours, but I built it to abuse the quick sliver/ alchemist refuge. I posted it here if you'd like to see: http://www.mtgvault.com/scottysjo/decks/bluegreen-sliver-commander/

Yeah... I noticed this deck's unplayability upon creation, but I wanted to get the complete sliver feel; to create a five colour, slivers-galore, absolute hive mind deck built around a budget.

With little thought put into it. A reference point for future experimentation, if you may say.
