I would consider Galvanoth and Fire Servant personally!

Also was that puresteel paladin meant to be a silverblade one? At the moment that is all that stops it being a standard deck.

The key with White Weenie (with R/G splash which is what this is) is consistency, you are better of having 4 of your 1 and 2 drops and and then fewer of your bigger, better cards.

You want between 21-24 land, I would go with 21 but have 4 x Avacyn' PIlgrim and 3 x Somberwald Sage to fix any mana problems.

Feel free to have a lot at my R/W Human deck for my idea at how to make a deck balanced. I'm running 21 lands without those 2 cards I mentioned but thats because so much of my deck is 2 drop its not a disaster if stall at 2 lands for a while.

First of all I like it.

If you are going to make it a creature exclusive deck then I have to echo DualPrinciple and say that Thai is an absolute must. Also since most of your creatures come in to play with 2 or less power I would consider Mentor Of The Meek, however I'd experiment first and see how your card draw is.

I am a huge fan of Odric and Angelic Overseer as my finishers rather than Riders Of Gavony (who personally I keep in my sideboard as he is only at he's best against other tribal decks) and Goldnight, especially in a deck without token creation.

On that theme I'd consider adding Gather The Townsfolk and again I'm with DualPrinciple about adding Rancor, an epic card for green right now.

Nice deck, personally I'd swap Selfless Cathar for Avacyn's Pilgrim and I'd get rid of Increasing Devotion. I just think its too expensive for what it is, if you really want a 5 mana card I'd use Angelic Overseer.

But if its a deck with Lightning Mauler and Gather The Townsfolk in as well then chances are you will have a 2 drop you can play.

No its not, draw a Cavern first turn, play Champion.

Draw a mountain, play Ash Zealot

Draw a plain, play Silverblade.

Believe me I know, I've had a bit of practise :P.

Its a nice deck, I like R/W Human right now. Its playable now but I would make some changes but feel free to ignore as much of it as you want!

Personally I'd want a full play set on Champion Of The parish with either 2 or 3 Doomed Travellers. Hanweir Lancer in a good card but it has been completely outclassed in this set by Silverbladed Paladin, still costs 3 but it gives you Double Strike! I'd replace Fervent Cathar with another 2 drop, I love Ash Zealot personally but there a lot out there.

In terms of being on a budget if you are ignore this last piece of advice cos it is one of the most expensive cards ins standard right now but cavern of souls is an incredible card in a tribal deck, especially one which is multi-coloured.

Anyway this is my R/W Human deck, most of what I suggested to you is already in here but you might find some other ideas in there: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=395111

It looks a nice deck with a nice mana curve. I know that Cavern of Soul's is expensive but if you can afford it then it will work really nicely in this deck, same for Bonfire of the Damned.

I'd replace searing spear with Pillar of Flame, one less damage and trading soccery speed for instant speed but it is just one mana and in an aggro deck that is often all you can spare!

Have you thought about Silverblade Paladin? I also love having 2xLightning Mauler because it means that I can give Odric haste and attack with him the turn I lay him!

Nice idea.

Personally I'd have 4xDoomed Traveller because your chances of drawing a 1 drop creature is so slim right now.

I also think that Thraben Doomsayer would fit in really well in to this deck.

Rootborn defenses is a good card but frankly its main use is its indestructibility not its populate when you are using a deck with small creatures. Personally I'd sideboard it for use against a deck with a board sweeper and replace it with Thatcher's Revolt. I think that the mini explosion that card offers, 3 creatures with haste is a really useful resource!

I'd also consider Parish Champion and Unruly Mob.

I've also talked to OniFire about their deck and one thing which I'd bring across is his use of Student Of Warfare, I'm a big believer in having one drops in decks!

I like the deck idea (I think R/W Human has a lot of potential right now) but I think that you have too many expensive creatures to take advantage of your 'when another human comes in to play' abilities.

More specifically I would remove Cathar Crusade which I think is just expensive in an aggro deck. I would certainly think about adding Thatchers revolt for three instant humans that can give your deck that added impetus. Would also think about Unruly Mob as some humans that benifit from throwing away human lives. Also Lightning mauler is another cheap card that can speed your deck up.

Glad you went for Knight of the Orchid, also think that honour of the pure was a great shout but I'd have stuck with the idea of replacing Cathar's crusade for it, its just so expensive to lay down. By the time you have 5 plains down you want to be playing a bomb not a slow build card.

So its a nice deck, with a nice mana curve but I think it needs thats something to make that final push at the end. Personally I'd put in 2 Odric's or something like so when you attack with your beefed up tokens they're unblockable!

I really nice deck idea, it just seems slow on occasions, I know there aren't many good 1 drop knights out there (I agree you picked far and away the best) but I'd consider putting in another 2 drop. There are some really nice options out there, for example you could put in Knight of The White Orchid.

Its rare to see a R/W human deck without a Parish Champion for a 1 drop. I'm also not a big fan of Azorius Arrester, I genuinely think there are far better option out there, like Pricinct Captain (although the WW cost puts people off). I'd also be tempted to have another copy of Odric in your deck, he is such a strong finisher but with only one of him in your deck your so unlikely to pull him!

It looks like a good deck, I might drop a few of your arresters for another 1 drop, probably Doomed Traveller. Also it seems like a waste to not have Angelic Overseer in any human/angel deck right now!

Have you thought about Thatchers Revolt? I know that they die at the end of the turn but 3 1/1 bodies with haste can make a difference.

Also another one drop may be worth having, I know that Parish Champion doesn't create tokens but he has great synergy with many things that do.

Finally what about Thraben Doomsayer, a human token every turn would fit in really well in your deck!

Any particular reason why you don't have Parish Champion in there? For a human tribal deck he just has so much potential to become strong!
