I've avoided building a demon deck because I never think they run really well. Shadow born apostle seems like a good idea until you realize you have to cast another 6 to sacrifice for a second demon. But Shirei really makes me think this deck could run. really well actually. Mind if I clone this deck and make some changes for myself? Gonna Credit you of course.

Hah, add thrumming stone. It changes your deck completely. I play these guys in EDH, 36 Apostles and 6 demons with Shirei as my commander. Thrumming Stone is a powerhouse in this deck. I had all 36 Apostles out on turn 4, and I swept the field in a EDH game of 6 players.
I must say that thrumming stone is a must in this kind of deck. Immortal servitude would be awesome too

Why exactly?
Nothing, but now this had me thinking about making a Shadowborn EDH deck.
The Shadowborn apostles seem good but you need a consistant way of getting 6 of them. I don't know if you have playtested this a lot or anything but i just ran some sample hands and got at most 3 apostles in the starting 4 turns. It seems like a fun idea and i think you deff got some potential here but maybe having more of them, like almost as many as you have lands you want to be able to turn 1, drop apostle, turn 2 drop 2 turn 3 drop 3 turn 4 make demon consistantly

This could make an awesome Commander Deck, I checked to see if it bypasses the commander 1 of each card limit and it does.So I am gonna throw together a commander version if you don't mind me using the idea.

Maybe add in a no rest for the wicked for the turns when you sacrifice the 6 apostles! Just an idea.

Other than slaughter games ending you...it looks really fun! Griselbrand might be just the guy to put you over the edge into amazing.
I wouldn't add grisselband. this deck is budget and most people who play with a budget dont have so many ways to get one.

I used it to build a standard mono white aggro, and it's really great! So much fun to play, especially countering sphinx's rev when in mono white ;)
i wish i could like this deck twice! it seems like so much fun busting out a 9/9 turn 2 and by turn 5 having shadowborn demon wouldnt be anything to scoff at!

Maybe add a couple dark rituals in so you have a little more speed and can get three apostle in one turn. Its the only thing I could really suggest though great build!
