This is a friendly deck that gives everyone else the tools they need to have fun and play magic in big melees. Give everyone tons of cards and plenty of extra mana. That way the green players lose their ramp advantage and the blue players lose the card advantage. There's plenty of defense for myself so that I can survive all the crazy things I let everyone else do. With luck no one realizes until it's to late that your plan is to mill them with drawing out their deck.
Give everyone plenty of mana and tons of cards so they can do whatever degenerate things they want while making sure to build up so I can't be effected by them. Through all the card draw they eventually draw themselves out while I've built up a secure enough position that they can't kill me off. If they can't be milled with card draw or if I draw out first then Laboratory Maniac can help me win. If all else fails fill up Helix Pinnacle for the win.
