you could move the Syncopates and Render Silent to the sideboard in favor of Cloudfin Raptor and Judge's Familiar.

I'm looking to build a very similar deck! Look at Aqueous Form and Hidden Strings combo on the Battlewise Hoplite.
Battlewise Hoplite is a beast! The scry effect when targeting him is just awesome! I had three of him in a draft along with 3 aqueous form and 2 hopeful eidelion and I was attacking and gaining all kinds of life!
Other sideboard considerations are Banisher Priest and Imposing Sovereign.
you need more burn on the sideboard for use against control players. You will get them down on life early with creatures until they mass remove you and get you top decking then you are done as they take over. Some burn spells will help you push through and get that final few points of damage.
