this deck is awesome, unfortunately i don't know if i could recommend anything since i'm not very familiar with this block. Also, sorry to keep hassling you, but my friend is in dire need of a deck builder, and I was wondering if you could help. He wanted to have a Dimir Mill deck, so do you think you could make a budget modern blue / black mill / cipher deck for him?

this deck looks lethal. i honestly don't know if i can recommend much since this deck looks almost perfect already. If I were to recommend something, though, it would be to add black for the use of their exalted cards.

better, but you would still be getting more mana from scorned villager and I think that you would have too much mana to use, which is why I would recommend something like 2x mistuctter hydras for a later game card.

hahaha those were the best mtg times. when i started playing my friend and i didn't have much of an idea how to play, and we thought that undying meant that the creature would continue coming back bigger everytime it died. so, i won almost all of my games.

its a good feeling when you find a card that you've never seen befire and you have to think, "hmmm, now thats a good card..."

yeah i think its the fact that you can use any mana of colour that would make him defined as awesome. and the point that you gain life from the card. I run an azorius control deck and that card is number one on my lidt to buy for it.

yeah my friend ran a rakdos artifact deck and whenever he used that combo I was almost always just stuffed.
