Deck Description

Straight up Goblin aggro with only a few minor twists added for a little protection and speed.

How to Play

Me and a buddy made this deck for a local Legacy tourney and swept the field with it.

It plays like a standard Goblin deck; CHARGE, then:
War Strike over blockers or Moat like effects. Grenade Goblins that are no longer useful. Fling chump blocked Piledrivers or pumped Flunkies.
Matron tutored mostly Krenko or Chieftains but fishing out the excellent Ringleader for the all important card draw did not hurt either.

Oh, almost forgot: We did want to include Goblin Lookout but could not find enough of them. Adding 4 Lookouts and changing the mix to 4 Fling and 2 Grenades will likely make the deck even better...

We sideboarded Kiki as a way to generate more Chieftains, Ringleaders and Matrons and had it listed as a possible swap for Krenko but as he turned out to be so damn good we never really found out what Kiki can do.

Sharpshooter came in with the 4 blasts against a Merfolk deck and did excatly what you might think it would do. The blasts also saw some action against other Blue decks.
Grafdiggers came in quite often but only got played once and did a fine job stalling during a manahose moment but was otherwise not really needed.
Shattering Spree and Welder came in once against a Artifact heavy creation but I might as well not have bothered as Krenko slaughtered that deck twice.

Deck discussion for Goblin Charge!

A goblindeck with less matrons! I agree. I run 0 matrons and have a lot of fun!
I am however quite worried by the lack of gempalm incinerator! Against aggro, it is vital that your lackey can slip through any blockers, especially at turn 2, I assume that this is the function of goblin grenade, but gempalm can't be countered...

In my own deck I succesfully use mogg maniac, gempalm incinerator and blasphemous act, and the whole setup is wonderfull. Maniac punishes the opponent for attacking with large things, blasphemous act sweeps the board and kill the opponent if the maniac is in play. Gempalm incinerator can either be used to let lackey slip through, or hit the maniac when you have enough goblins in play, or when you play against goblins and have the maniac.

I have had fun when opponents attacked with piledriver and a mass of goblins, and then I æthervial mogg maniac into play!

Keep working on that nice unorthodox goblin-deck ;)

p.s. Click my name and track down my goblindeck for inspiration. I play it in legacy! Got 9 points last time.

Was waffling about Fanatic over Arsonist but because of the higher damage potential as Grenade fodder of the Arsonist I settled on him. Maniac seems good for Vial trickery but that is what Fling is for, (Reckoner) and there likely should be 4 in my deck, especially after the Lookouts enter.
Forcing Lackey through was not something I devoted too much effort to as I don't carry many high CC, (Siegegang, etc), and the Vial spews out more Goblins then I can draw and if I really need more removal I'd likely just put in some Bolts rather then anything. Gempalm however is something else entirely. I found that the Flunkies are a bit soft so plugging that hole with Gempalm seems logical.

Thanks for the input...
