Deck Description

Basicly the idea here is to use the +2/+1 ability on Bloodthrone Vampire with the ability on Kalastria Highborn, and the play Sun Titan so you can bring back the sacrified cretures, while this is happening you gain life so you can use Ajani's Pridesmate and Serra Ascend.. Its an idea.. Any hel is welcome..

Deck discussion for Vamp + Sun titan

Well, I don't know how fond you are of that Bloodthrone, but if you want a creature that's a 2/2 and does the same exact thing for one mana more, there's the Nantuko Husk. (That is, if you're not too stuck on Vampires as a tribe) *Then sees the Kalastrian*
*Facepalm*
Ignore that comment, obviously it IS Vampires as a Tribal you're going for. But... You want the white to go with it? I mean, Sun Titan has a great ability and all, but it IS a black deck, after all. Don't need him to raise your, er, undead buddies.

But, to keep with your Ascendant, why not go ahead and add in some Captivating Vampires? Take out the Hexmages and replace 'em with Captivating, and you have Vampires all around (technically). To take that a step further, since it's a Vampire tribal, go ahead and add in some Coat of Arms or another tribe-booster to buff them up a little more.

And Smother's a neat card, but it's only effective on small creatures for the most part. How about a good ol' fashioned Dark Banishing, or even a Vendetta?

Just some ideas to think about. - Az

Emeria, the Sky Ruin is useless in this deck as you only have 6 plains! LOL

I like the idea of Sun Titan and bringing back the Vamps, it just needs more definition. Maybe try Grim Discovery in case you don't have the Titan out? You'll like having it in there as a backup I think.. cause waiting til turn 6 or more to drop Sun Titan is pretty slow to get your creatures back..

And maybe try Virulent Swipe? And I prefer Hideous End to smother for only 1 mana more, you get what you pay for out of it..

I think that Landbind Ritual is too expensive for this deck and will only be truly useful if you had more plains... you can just stay consistent and add in 2 more Ajani's Mantra and Ajani's Pridemate to maximize that effect in your deck.. there's a few more things but I hope this can at least give some help =)

Ty a lot ;D like the emeria i dindt think corect lolo i think i shoul replace those with Kabira Crossroads or Marsh Flats, but the big idea here is to get a confortable HP and then start pouring damage like crazy, but those are good ideas, i'll have taht in mind :D

bloodghast blade of the bloodchief and some marsh flats would really spice this deck up. if the idea is to bring back creatures. put in 2 evolving wilds too. you then have fetch lands. landfall with bloodghast work when you drop a fetch land, sack the bloodghast then sack the fetch for a land and you can sack bloodghast again. or maybe you can put in reassembling skellies.
