Needs Gravecrawler. I would also drop the rooftop storms. By the time you hit turn 6 and you may be able to cast it chances are that your hand will be empty. Also drop ultimate price and dimir charm. Replace with something else like Dismember and smother. Dimir Charm isnt as good in modern as it may be in standard. You may want to add some number of Geralf's Messenger. Maybe Cavern of Souls.

I think your land is way too low...should be atleast 24 or 25. I like the darksteel citadel for nissa
Also, the only thing I hate is the fact that Yisan is a legendary creature.
This is creative and cool. In fact I would be surprised not to see some stuff in Khans that helps this style of deck out. In fact, I might build a similar version of this for myself as my second standard deck. What this deck really needs is enter the battlefield effects but not many creatures right now (minus high cmc creatures) have those abiliteis that are good. If I were you however I would not run kiora and nissa. I know that they help you curve, ramp mana and protect you, however I think they take away from what this deck really is trying to do. Maybe garruk, caller would be good
Perhaps adding a mix of Surgical Extraction and Extirpate in the sideboard would be what you want. Nothing like Thoughtsieze into Surgical Extraction to remove all the Splinter Twins
Dryad Militant, Tormented Hero, and Firedrinker Satyr in the main. Purphoros and Immortal Servitude is good too for combo if you want to break your rules that is.
Restoration Angel. That is all.
I find burning tree to be a bit unproductive in this style of deck. Easily replace it with Vexing Devil and you'll have better turns 1-3 plays
I wish that this deck had another sac outlet besides aristocrat. Something like bone splinters wouldn't be bad. You could kill a creature and gain morbid for skirsdag and tragic slip.
Huntmaster would also be a good idea for a creature. Other than that it is a good deck
My deck is built almost like this. Adding Geralf's Messenger and Gravecrawlers to this would be a great idea. Gravecrawler is like free ammo for whatever you want for sacrificing because he can be cast from the graveyard as long as you control a zombie. Casting Messenger, he hits the field for 2 damage to opponent, Fling him for 3 more damage, then he comes back for another 2 for his undying. Just some suggestions!
This deck has nothing good about it. It looks like somebody went through 2 drafts which included nothing but M12, M13, and Ravnica and made a deck out of it. It's pretty bad. I have nothing positive to say.
Dissipate instead of Syncopate. Drop the Diabolic Revelation completely, it's way too expensive. Swap the Chronomations with Warden Gargoyles. Drop the Crimson Muckwaders. Also, if you're going to run Invisible Stalker you should run some spell that buff him as well. He'll only be doing one damage otherwise. Other than that I like where you're going with this. Make sure to pay attention to your mana curve as well. You could maybe add some Pillar of Flames or Searing Spears in here as well.
Precinct Captain for Mayor. I would use 4 Sublimes if you're going to use her. Either her or Resto Angel (same cost, different mechanic) I would do 4 elite inquisitors. And you should probably put farseeks in here. Selenya Charms wouldn't hurt either along with some Thragtusks.

I would say that if you want to keep the Elderscale Wurm and that you have 3 Armadas and the Traft you should maybe put Mwonvuli Tracker in there too cause it allows you to search your deck for a creature card that has trample, hexproof, deathtouch, etc. in the place of the Archdruids. I also feel that if you're going to go for ramp that you should put in more weenies (Arbor Elf, Avacyn's Pilgrim).
