I originally had venser's journal, but instead i included ivory tower in my sideboard. (essentially -4 mana to play, -4 life gain each turn; decent trade off)

I might go grixis in a 2.0 version of the deck. and I guess bazaar does take away a bit of speed, playing him could be a waste of a turn. ill take him out for a nin, but it was at least a good thought to incorporate him

emerge unscathed is to protect marit lage when she comes into play from a path to exile/unmake

if you have the money add 4 drowned catacombs. Also look at the mana occurrence. Take out 1-2 islands for swamps. Lastly, take out 2 counterspells for tragic slip and/or murder

all specters, a few counters. and their abilities are awesome so unblockable is a good tool. very solid deck Dragon

He is there in case i do not draw anvil of bogardan, which gives my opponent no maximum hand size. I can give them spellbook or reliquary tower. Giving them no maximum handsize makes runeflare trap, adamaro, and black vise all more powerful. It was an idea that was suggested to me by hanya in the above comments

wow this is a very solid deck im impressed. counters to buy you some time, ancient ziggurat, reflecting pool, prismatic. also adding coalition victory and door was smart. then of course piper and show and tell combined with denomic tutor. I think youve hit the nail on the head nice job. I do like it.

emerge unscathed is perfect but its too old. and wow lighning greaves would let you get a turn four demon/creature/dragon

I checked it out and ill repeat my comment, that deck has sooo much potential. im going to try and make a legacy version of that if i ever finish perfecting my new favorite deck-this one

That would be awful to play against demonking. Sadly they dont work too great in this deck. I did think about them when i was first making it

Take out 2-4 cobbled wings for tragic slip, murder, go for the throat, doom blade, or unmake? I like the deck a lot grimby, nice idea using power conduit. Does 27 mana work well in an 80 card deck? i basically only do 60s
