Interesting but if you're going to make it standard, or any format really, you should use it to it's maximum potential. What I mean is, don't just use the RTR & M13 block, use the Innistrad block as well. I would take out Collective blessing and put Intagible Virtue since you're going for the "token selesnya" thing. Sure it only does +1/+1 instead, but that's why you put a couple of them instead. You just have to play around with the cards. Other than that, nicely done on this one.

I like the concept but the thing is, Deadeye Navigator is 6 CMC to play and with some of the standard decks I've seen and played against, you'll need a lot more control cards to get to that point in your deck.

I would take out your "Quag Vampires". The multikicker is a huge disadvantage for any card really. Especially with the fact that your multikicker cost is of 2 converted. If you're going to go down the "kicker" road, I'de definitely use Gatekeeper.
