Deck Description

This deck is a seemingly (or actually, if you want to cheat.) rat deck. basically you want to start up getting as much mana and lower rats out on the field as possible. This should hold you over until you get a vampiric or Diabolical tutor, use it to find the Bubble Matrix, just keep stalling until another one comes up, this time pull out Marrow-Gnawer, this cards effect says it all. Use him to bring out dozens if not hundreds of rats (trillions if you cheated and use Thornbite Staff) Keep in mind to never use him unless Bubble Matrix is out on the field, as he is weak on his own and subject to get owned. Liliana and Sorin are just buffer cards, they have no real practical use other than to be a great annoyance. just make sure to use terror on any big creatures (thorn elemental, Novablast Wurm) and that Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni can just bring them back, as she should now have fear, and wreak havoc on the opponent, very simple, very "I win"

Deck discussion for Rats until you decide to cheat

OK, too many single cards for my liking, especially since your main cards that you mentioned in the description are singles. Increase the number of the main cards to have a better chance of being able to use them and (seeing that this is a tribal deck) use a set of Door of Destinies.

Add another Merrow-Knawer. Maybe even two. You get them out quick that way and you dont have to worry as much about one leaving play, just laugh and watch them cry when you flop another down and do it again. May as well throw in a couple of them annoying as hell rats that make an opponent discard a card to help stay ahead and get more chump blockers as well.
