Deck Description

This is the ultimate functional 5 color combo deck. Several way to get creatures out and to use those creatures abilities to screw with the game. Most creatures come from the Fifth Dawn set, which was probably when all the original decks like this were invented. I took it to another level though.

First you are wondering what in the world could possibly get this deck going. The answer to this question is Composite Golem, Fist of Suns, Kalediostone, Channel the Suns, and Crystal Quarry. Composite Golem can be brought back to your hand with Salvage Scout and the rest are just as effective when Fist of Suns is in playing every card for a random 5 cost. This means any Eldrazi or Progentus is in for half or less cost.

The only reason to keep the Bringers is for a theme based value. All Bringers mana cost can be bypassed by paying 5 colors. All Bringers are OP once in play. Which brings me to Legacy Weapon, this little guy takes out any permenant in play for 5 colors.

When you add in Maelstrom Archangel you get ridiculous on a whole other level. Now you basically put cards into play for free. Needless to say you are going to gain Aggro like nothing else when one of these guys are put on the battlefield.

Deck discussion for Chase the Rainbow

Birds of Paradise and mono green ramp perhaps? Seems it might be a bit more reliable and really just involves tweaking your land base and perhaps adding some ramp spells.

Nice card and I did think about it, however, I took it out along with Coalition Victory, just because of how OP this deck could become to begin with.
