Not enough discard for my liking. There are a lot of creatures that would go well here, I'm surprised you have none. Blood gift demon combos really well with underworld dreams, and things like guul draaz spectre or classics like abyssal spectre or ravenous rats would work well too. Another card you might like that combos really well with liliana's big ability is a card called horrifying revelation, check it out. Only other thing worth mentioning is an awesome old school artifact called the rack. If you can find one it'd fit in well.

Great, thanks for the comment! I overlooked creatures, thinking that I could perhaps win by keeping the other guys hand empty, but you have shown me several viable options. I especially like Horrifying Revelation.
No worries. If you do decide to go creatureless, maybe chuck in a few megrims cause you can't be sure of drawing a liliana's caress every game.
