Once you have declared the Utvara Hellkite as an attacker, you are no longer in your main phase. You are in the combat phase. Therefore you cannot cast breath of fury, an enchantment, on the token creature that is created until after that combat phase.

Sundial only works with "beginning of next end step" effects. It does not work for "beginning of the end step" effects because these occur each turn.

Sundial does not work like this. When ball lightning etc. say "at the beginning of the end step" it means any end step. Sundial can keep them around through the duration of your opponents turn. So, you might get an extra block out of them, but they will die at the end of that turn.

Are you going for a 'millstone' strategy?
Take out the sage's row denizen, there's not enough blue creatures to justify it.

consider seeds of strength or barkshell blessing to go with the lash.

I'm not sure if the goblin fireslinger works well here. It can't combine with the quietus spike because that only triggers off combat damage and his ability isn't made any better by giving him first strike or deathtouch.

perhaps a more effective approach would be panoptic mirror and saproling symbiosis. Only takes 2 cards and doesn't leave all your enchantments open to creature destruction.
